深埋强冲击煤层工作面区段煤柱宽度确定 被引量:10

Determination of coal pillar width for working face in deep-buried coal seam with strong rockburst hazard

摘要 为了确定冲击地压矿井合理区段煤柱尺寸,以葫芦素煤矿21103工作面为研究背景,采用理论方法对煤柱极限平衡区宽度进行了计算,从煤柱应力和围岩变形两方面入手构建了不同煤柱宽度下的数值模拟运算,并对21103辅运巷煤柱宽度分4m、6m、8m、10m、12m、14m、16m、18m、20m、22m、24m进行监测,得出:理论计算得到区段煤柱宽度为9.1~10.7m;数值模拟结果显示煤柱应力随宽度增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,5m时应力最低,15m时应力最高。巷道顶、底板及实体煤帮变形量与煤柱宽度成反比,煤柱侧帮位移量先增大后减小,煤柱为10m时位移量最大,综合应力与围岩变形模拟结果建议区段煤柱5~10m为宜;实测数据分析结果显示合理煤柱宽度在10~12m。最终得出葫芦素煤矿区段煤柱最优宽度为10m。 In order to determine the reasonable section coal pillar size of the rockburst mine,taking the 21103 working face of the Hulusu Coal Mine as the research background,the theoretical method is used to calculate the width of the coal pillar limit equilibrium zone. Starting from the coal pillar stress and surrounding rock deformation,the numerical simulation calculations under different coal pillar widths are carried out,and the coal pillars of 21103 auxiliary transport roads are monitored at 4 m,6 m,8 m,10 m,12 m,14 m,16 m,18 m,20 m,22 m and 24 m. The width of the section coal pillar is 9. 1~ 10. 7 m according to theoretical calculation.The numerical simulation results show that the stress of the coal pillar increases first and then decreases with the increase of the width. The stress is the lowest at 5 m and the highest at 15 m. The displacement of the roof,floor and coal wall of the roadway is inversely proportional to the width of the coal pillar. The displacement of the coal pillar side wall first increases and then decreases.When the coal pillar is 10 m,the displacement is the largest. The simulation results of the comprehensive stress and surrounding rock deformation suggest that,5~10 m is the suitable width of section coal pillar;the measured data shows that the reasonable coal pillar width is 10~12 m. Finally,the optimal width of the section coal pillars is 10 m.
