山西关闭煤矿资源二次利用关键地质问题及地质保障探讨

The key geological problems and geological security of secondary utilization of coal mine resources in Shanxi

针对山西关闭煤矿资源的二次利用现状,分析了关闭煤矿二次利用面临的主要地质问题,并提出地质保障措施,主要包括以下几方面:全面系统收集全省关闭煤矿地质资料,摸清关闭煤矿资源赋存特征,加强基础研究;因地制宜,一矿一策,精准利用关闭煤矿资源,根据煤矿资源赋存特征和类型以及所在区域位置,充分考虑关闭煤矿的资源特性和地质条件,因地制宜地设计不同的开发利用方案;加大对关闭矿坑排水的处理与二次利用,尤其中南部酸性矿井水与北部严重缺水地区的矿井水二次利用;按照关闭煤矿的地质地理条件、稳定性、安全性、密闭性及距离城市的远近,探索关闭煤矿地下空间的梯级利用。

The current status of secondary utilization of closed mine resources in Shanxi is analyzed,the main geological problems faced by secondary utilization of closed mines in Shanxi are pointed out,and geological supporting measures are proposed: First,collect the geological data of the closed mines in the province comprehensively and systematically,to find out the occurrence characteristics of closed mine resources,and strengthen the basic research. Second,adapt to local conditions and make policies for each one of the mines,to accurately use the closed coal mine resources. According to the characteristics and types of coal mine resources and the location of the area,fully consider the resource characteristics and geological conditions of the closed coal mine,and design different development and utilization schemes according to local conditions.Thirdly,enhance the waste water treatment and secondary utilization from closed mines,especially the secondary utilization of acid mine water in the central and southern regions and mine water in the severe water shortage regions in the north. Fourthly,explore the gradient utilization of underground space of a closed coal mine in accordance with the geological and geographical conditions,stability,safety,tightness and distance from the city.
