摘要
人力资本在一定区域的集聚能促进知识和技能的相互交流,进而推动生产率水平的提高。文章利用省际劳动力微观数据,估计了我国省级层面的人力资本溢出对生产力水平的效应。结果显示,以平均受教育年限衡量的省级人力资本水平每提高一年,劳动力平均生产水平提高约10%。
The agglomeration of human capital in a certain area can boost the exchange of knowledge and skills, and therefore giving impetus to the improvement of productivity level of the local economy. Using workforce microdata, this paper estimated the effects of human capital spillover on the productivity at provincial level. The results showed the productivity of workforce would rise around 10% as the provincial human capital level—defined by average years of schooling—increase one year.
