广西石漠化片区民俗体育旅游资源开发与推进路径研究

Development and Promotion Path of Folk Sports Tourism Resources in Rocky Desertification Areas of Guangxi

目前我国扶贫攻坚战进入决胜的关键时期,滇桂黔石漠化片区是扶贫攻坚的碉堡。采用田野调查法、民俗地图集、文献资料法对广西石漠化特困区民俗体育资源进行挖掘、分类、整理与优化,以确定地域、人文、政策的优势。广西石漠化片区目前仍存在政府单一主导、内生性供给不足,文化核心竞争力不强,基础薄弱、融合度低,政府缺乏长效管理机制等问题。因此,应采取激发文化核心竞争力、推进大众化文化融合,夯实产业基础、优化项目集群,推进群体性传承、培育职业传承人,坚持政府引领,强化市场主导,优化资源配置等推进路径。

At present, China’s poverty alleviation has entered a critical period, and the rocky desertification area of Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou is a blockhouse standing on the way of poverty alleviation.By carrying out field investigation, collecting folklore atlas and documentation, the folk sports resources in the rocky desertification areas of Guangxi are excavated, classified, sorted out and optimized.The advantages of region, humanities and policy are analyzed.Existing problems are analyzed, such as single government leading, insufficient endogenous supply, abandonment of cultural core competitiveness, weak foundation, low integration and lack of long-term government management mechanism, etc.Promotion paths are put forward as follows: stimulating cultural core competitiveness, promoting mass cultural integration, consolidating the industrial foundation, optimizing project clusters, promoting group heritage, cultivating career inheritors, adhering to government leadership, strengthenomg market leadership, optimizing resource allocation, etc.
