针对山区施工工程量大、施工环境受限以及旁路电缆安全可靠性低所带来的安全风险,因地制宜地推出10 kV线路新型安全操作平台。该平台便于人工搭建组合架,实现绝缘杆间接旁路不停电更换开关,并有利于扩展横向作业空间,从而有效地降低山区地形带电作业工作中的人身、设备安全风险,提高了电网供电可靠性。

In terms of at the safety risks brought about by the large amount of construction work,the limited construction space,and the low safety and reliability of bypass cables in mountainous region,a new safe operation platform for 10 kV lines is introduced in accordance with the local conditions,which facilitates manual construction of combination platforms to realize change-over of bypass switches between the insulating bars without interruptions,and is also beneficial to the extension of lateral working space,thereby effectively reducing the personal and equipment safety risks during live working in mountainous region and improving the reliability of grid power supply.
