输电线路保护工作中存在电力行政执法主体缺位、"防外破"闭环管控机制不完善、外破违法行为代价低等问题,对线路的安全运行带来严重威胁,通过政企联动开展电力设施保护各项活动,在队伍、宣传、防控、追责等方面着力,把安全知识和意识传递给工商企业、特种车辆驾驶员以及花农种植户,强化输电线路外破防控,保障电网安全运行。

There are some problems in the work of transmission line protection,such as the absence of power administrative law enforcement subject,the imperfection closed-loop control mechanism of"anti external breaking"and the low cost of external breaking illegal acts,which pose a serious threat to the safe operation of transmission line.Through the government-enterprise linkage,mechanism related to various activities of power facility protection,with focus on team,publicity,prevention and control,accountability,etc.,transfering safety knowledge and awareness to industrial and commercial enterprises so as special vehicle drivers and flower planters and to ensure the safe operation of power grid.
