摘要
幼儿园生活作为一种准公共生活需要以制度加以规范,幼儿园教育秩序的建构和幼儿园教育目的的实现亦依赖制度的支持和保障,因而幼儿园制度化生活有其存在的必要性。但制度化生活并非万能,而是具有一定的限度。为了避免以"秩序"的名义侵蚀非制度化生活领域,防止以"保护"的名义控制儿童的活动,提防以"理性"的名义剥夺儿童的参与权,我们必须明晰制度化生活作用的范围、坚守制度化生活建构的底线原则、优化制度化生活实践的活动机制,以确定其限度。
Kindergarten life as a quasi-public life needs to be regulated by the institution,and the construction of kindergarten education order and the realization of kindergarten education purpose also depend on the support and guarantee of the institution.Therefore,it is necessary to implement the institutionalization of kindergarten life.But it is far from being omnipotent,instead,it has certain limits.In order to avoid the erosion of the non-institutionalized life field in the name of“order”,prevent the control of children’s activities in the name of“protection”and the deprivation of children’s right to participate in the name of“rationality”,we must clarify the scope of the function of institutionalized life,adhere to the bottom line principle of institutionalized life construction,and optimization the activity mechanism of institutionalized life.
