台湾地区劳动教育的生活化取向及其启示 被引量:1

摘要 劳动教育是我国全面发展教育的重要组成部分,是深化核心素养培育的重要途径。20世纪50年代以来,台湾地区的劳动教育由最初的注重“生产技能”训练,逐步开始关注“生活知能”的培养。在不断推进课程整合的过程中,台湾地区的劳动教育也从开设独立课程,逐步转化为与各领域课程相融合,并且在理念、目标、内容、校内外活动方面,其劳动教育都呈现出了生活化取向。以生活化为目标,大陆的劳动教育可以从以下几方面进行改进:建立“小初高”一体化课程体系,开展主题教育;充分利用学校区域特色及社会资源,建立劳动教育基地;注重生涯教育与服务性劳动,着重劳动价值观的培养。 Labor education is an important part of education in our country with all-round development as its goal,and it is also an important way to strengthen the cultivation of key competencies.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the focus of labor education in Taiwan gradually shifted to the cultivation of life knowledge from the initial focus on the training of production skills.In the process of curriculum integration,labor education in Taiwan has been gradually transformed from independent courses into integrated courses in various fields.And in idea,goal,content,and activity inside and outside the school,its labor education shows the orientation of life.With the goal of living,labor education in the Mainland can be improved in the following ways:establishing an integrated curriculum system from primary education to high education and carrying out thematic education;making full use of regional characteristics of schools and social resources to establish a labor education base;emphasizing career education and service-type labor,and laying stress on cultivating labor values.
