广饶县城市水资源利用现状分析与对策

Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Water Resources Utilization in Guangrao County

提高城市水资源利用率和利用效率,是实行最严格水资源管理和保障社会经济可持续发展的要求。针对广饶县地下水过度开发利用、非常规水资源利用率低和管网漏损率高等问题,通过对当地现状水资源量、用水结构和用水现状调研分析,提出加快工业水源转换和再生水厂建设、提高雨水资源化利用率和持续改造城区供水管网等对策。通过分析计算,广饶县节水潜力巨大,规划近期可实现最大节水量为5.03万m^(3)/d,最大节水率为34.9%,权重最大的两项为再生水利用和雨水利用。

Improving rate and efficiency of municipal water use is the requirement of the most stringent management of water resources and guarantee of social and economic sustainable development.Local gross amount of water resources,structure and current situation of water consumption are investigated and analyzed in Guangrao County.As a result,it is proved that several serious problems exist,such as overdevelopment and overuse of groundwater,low efficiency utilization of unconventional water resources and high leakage rate of pipeline network.Countermeasures like accelerating conversion of industrial water source and construction of recycled water plants,improving utilization rate of rainwater resources are necessary.Guangrao County has a great water-saving potential,and through analysis and calculation,the maximum water-saving amount will reach 50300 m^(3)/d(corresponding water-saving rate is 34.9%)in the near future.Besides,local amount of reclaimed water and rainwater will take up the highest proportion.
