摘要
城区湖泊岸线地块长期积聚堆场污泥严重影响区域环境。从适合实际条件解决问题的角度,比选确定了以场地修复平整为处置方式、稳定固化为处理工艺的工程方案。原状污泥中碱基复合剂投加比例达15%~20%时,混合搅拌处理后,经过2~4 d翻抛养护,含水率可降低到35%左右,有机质占比约32%,总养分为9%,重金属浸出浓度远低于国家指标,完全符合土壤改良或园林绿化土料资源化利用。前期中试数据的对比分析,为工程实际应用提供了工艺控制要点的数据支撑,为此类工程建设提供技术参考。
Long-term accumulation of sludge in the yard along the shoreline of lakes in urban areas has seriously deteriorated the surrounding environments with lots of potential dangers.In this paper,from the point of solving practical problems,solutions for sludge treatment and disposal are determined through the comparison and selection of schemes.When alkalinity compound dosage ratio reaches 15%~20%,the water content decreases to 35%,organic content decreases to 32%,total nutrients content ratio 9%,as well as leaching concentration of heavy metals is far lower than standard limit in mixed and turned sludge after 2~4 days.Therefore,it can be used suitably for soil improvement or as landscaping soil.The data support of process parameters and control points are provided for practical engineering application through the analysis of pilot test data in the early stage,which providing technical reference for similar engineering project.
