玉米纹枯病的防治药剂筛选试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为达到理想的玉米纹枯病防治效果,本文选择24%井冈霉素A+0.5%助剂、24%浓度的井冈霉素A、枯草芽孢杆菌和井冈+枯芽菌,清水空白对照。每种药剂配成500倍药液,分两次喷雾进行防效对比试验。结果表明:各参试药剂处理都可以降低玉米纹枯病的病情指数,与对照呈显著性差异,但各处理间差异不显著。井冈+枯芽菌及枯草芽孢杆菌的防效最优,因此,推广使用微生物制剂井冈.枯芽菌及枯草芽孢杆菌防治玉米纹枯病,减少玉米化学药物残留,避免环境污染。 In order to achieve the ideal prevention and treatment effect of maize bacterial blight,24%Jinggangmycin A+0.5%adjuvant,24%Jinggangmycin A,Bacillus subtilis and Jinggang+B.subtilis were selected in this paper.Each agent was mixed into 500 times liquid,and the control effect was tested by two sprays.The results showed that the disease index of maize sheath blight could be reduced by all the treatments,which was significantly different from that of the control group,but the difference between the treatments was not significant.Jinggang+B.subtilis and B.subtilis had the best control effect,therefore,the their use to prevent corn sheath blight could reduce chemical residues of corn,and avoid environmental pollution.
