贵州安顺青年群体发样典型重金属富集特征 被引量:3

Accumulative Characteristics of Typical Heavy Metals in Human Hair of Youngsters in Anshun City of Guizhou Province

摘要 为了评估贵州安顺青年群体重金属暴露水平,采集贵州安顺市99份青年人群头发样品,利用石墨炉原子吸收法(EAAS)和RA915+多功能汞分析仪(MMA)测定了发样中铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)及硒(Se)元素的浓度水平,分析了性别、烫染发等因素对于重金属含量的影响,并研究了重金属含量之间的相关性以及与Se含量的相关性。结果表明,本研究人群发样中Pb、Cr、Cd、和Hg的平均含量分别为0.60、0.32、0.04和0.28μg·g-1,处于重金属低暴露水平;女性发样中Pb、Cr、Cd平均含量显著高于男性发样(P<0.05),而Hg含量则表现为男性显著高于女性(P<0.05)。烫染发样品中Cr平均含量显著高于无烫染发样,而烫染发样品中Cd、Hg平均含量显著低于无烫染发者;无烫染发样中Se含量与Cr含量呈显著的正相关性,与Hg含量呈显著的负相关性。相关性分析表明Pb和Cr、Pb和Cd之间具有相似相关性模型,并且主成分分析结果显示Pb和Cr具有相似的来源。 To evaluate heavy metal exposure of the youth group in Anshun City of Guizhou province,the concentrations of Pb,Cr,Cd,Hg and Se in 99 human hair samples were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrophotometry(EAAS)and R915+multifunctional mercury analyzer(MMA).The factors of gender and hair dye were considered and the correlation between the contents of four heavy metals and Se element in hair samples was also analyzed.Furthermore,the potential sources of the heavy metals in human hair were also speculated.The results showed that the mean concentrations of Pb,Cr,Cd and Hg were 0.60、0.32、0.041and 0.28μg·g-1,respectively,basically below the levels in other regions from previous reports.Concentrations of Pb,Cr and Cd in female hair samples were significantly higher than those in male(P<0.05),and concentrations of Hg in male hair were significantly higher than those in female(P<0.05).Concentration of Cr in dyed hair was significantly higher than those in non-dyed hair,while concentrations of Cd and Hg in non-dyed hair samples were significantly higher than those in dyed hair.The content of Se in non-dyed hair as significantly positively correlated with the content of Cr in hair samples,and was negatively related with the content of Hg in hair samples.The correlation analysis among four heavy metals indicated similar cocorrelation models between Cd,Cr and Pb,and Pb and Cr have a similar source according to principal component analysis.
