BIM技术在地铁工程中的数据库建立及其应用

The Application of BIM Technology in the Establishment of Database of Subway Project

针对建筑信息模型(BIM)中地铁工程文件数据库较少的问题,本文基于技术族文件的建立,在地铁工程项目领域建立了地铁族文件数据库,该数据库包含了车站结构框架、钢筋混凝土柱、轨道等,为BIM技术在地铁工程中的应用开发建立了一套自己的族文件,加快了建模的进度与效率。通过建立的地铁族文件数据库,形成科学的Revit模型(地铁车站基坑三维模型),旨在细分原有的土方模型,把Revit模型利用Autodesk公司Navisworks软件进行模拟建筑,通过基坑模型的虚拟施工开挖,与原有的基坑开挖方法进行对比分析,提出一种新的明挖车站基坑的施工方案,即双侧面台阶法,在实际的地铁车站中应用并取得了良好的效果。

For the subway project file database less,the establishment of BIM technology group based on the file,for the subway project,built subway family file database,contains the station structure,reinforced concrete column and the track,for the application and development of BIM technology in iron project and establish a set of their own the family files,to speed up the progress and efficiency of modeling.File database,through the establishment of the MTR to form scientific Revit model(3 d)subway station foundation pit,designed to segment the original earth model,the use of Autodesk Revit model simulated construction company Navisworks software,through the model of virtual construction of foundation pit excavation,compared with the original excavation method analysis,put forward a new cut and station foundation pit construction scheme,namely double side steps method.It has been applied in the actual subway station and achieved good results.
