摘要
为消除湿式冷却塔白雾对环境的影响,降低循环水蒸发损耗,近年来消雾节水型冷却塔得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍冷却塔消雾节水的机制,以及几种常见的消雾节水型冷却塔的结构、运行焓-湿图及其优缺点。消雾点的选择要充分考虑经济性、地区环境的特点及节水需求,几种技术路线的产品在工程应用中节水率普遍在15%以上。
In order to eliminate the impact of fog from wet cooling tower plume on the environment and reduce the evaporating loss of circulating water,the fog dispersal and water-saving cooling tower has been widely used in recent years.The fog dispersal and water-saving mechanism of cooling tower are introduced,as well as the structure,operating enthalpy&humidity diagrams and their advantages&disadvantages of several common fog dispersal and water-saving cooling towers.For the choice of anti-fog point,it should fully consider the economy,the characteristics of the regional environment and the demand for water-saving.The products of several technical routes have a water-saving rate of more than 15%in engineering applications.
