摘要 为分析制冷空调产品性能测试实验室的电能消耗并研究该类实验室的节能管理方式,基于能源管理体系的方法和标准,建立实验台能量流向模型,并定义适合此种场合的能耗指标。统计并分析实验室2017—2019年的电能消耗指标的历史数据,结果表明:电能消耗指标具有一定的规律,可以作为能耗管理指标的基准,月度电能消耗指标呈现明显的"季节性"变化,研究结果能够为实验室的节能管理提供参考。 To analyze the power consumption of refrigeration and air-conditioning product performance test laboratory and research the way of energy-saving management for this kind of laboratory,based on the methods and standard requirement of energy management system,the model of energy flow for test loop is built,and an appropriate energy consumption index for this occasion is defined.Statistical analysis are done for the power consumption index based on the energy consumption record data of 2017 to 2019.The results show that there is a rule for the power consumption index and it can be selected as the baseline of energy consumption management.The monthly power consumption index presents an obvious seasonally fluctuation,and the research results can provide references for energy-saving management of laboratory.
