家庭式健康教育对促进自然分娩及母乳喂养的影响

The effect of family health education on promoting natural childbirth and breastfeeding

目的分析家庭式健康教育模式对自然分娩及母乳喂养的影响,为临床护理提供参考。方法选择2020年3月—2020年9月在中山市博爱医院进行常规产检并接受孕期常规课程的孕妇作为研究对象,随机抽取100名家属无法参加或拒绝入组的孕妇纳入对照组,100名家属全程陪伴产检和参加小组各项活动的孕妇纳入观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用家庭式健康教育。比较2组分娩方式、产后泌乳时间、纯母乳喂养率及母乳喂养技巧掌握情况。结果观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组,产后泌乳时间短于对照组,纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,母乳喂养技巧掌握情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭式健康教育可提高阴道分娩率、纯母乳喂养率,缩短产后泌乳时间,提高母乳喂养技巧掌握情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of family-style health education on natural delivery and breastfeeding,and to provide references for clinical nursing.Methods The pregnant women who had undergone routine check-ups in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2020 and received regular courses during pregnancy were selected as the subjects of this study.100 pregnant women whose family members could not participate or refused to join the group were randomly selected to be included in the control group,and 100 pregnant women whose family members accompanied the maternity examination and participated in the group activities were included in the observation group.The control group used routine health education,and the observation group used family health education.Compare the two-component delivery methods,postpartum lactation time,exclusive breastfeeding rate and the mastery of breastfeeding skills.Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postpartum lactation time was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the mastery of breastfeeding skills was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family health education can increase the rate of vaginal delivery and exclusive breastfeeding,shorten the time of postpartum lactation,and improve the mastery of breastfeeding skills of pregnant women.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
