摘要
多学科渗透式劳动教育是新时期中小学劳动教育的新形态。这是一种以劳动教育为聚焦点,联系与运用多门相关学科资源,以更好地实现劳动教育综合育人价值的教育形态。它体现了五育融合的教育理念,在目标上指向人的整全发展,在方式上诉诸学科间的协同参与。多学科渗透式劳动教育的实践框架主要包含确立劳动教育在中小学各学科中的目标契合点、教材落脚点以及实施切入点三个基本面向,以实现劳动教育目标、内容与过程的多维渗透。深入推进多学科渗透式劳动教育需树立实施劳动教育的整体协同观,提升教师的劳动教育敏感性与渗透能力,构建系统推进劳动教育的学校文化顶层设计。
Labor education based on multidisciplinary pervasion,in primary and secondary schools in the new era,is a new form,a kind of education mode focusing on labor education,connecting and employing the resources of many related disciplines,so as to better realize the comprehensive education value.It embodies the educational concept of the integration of five-dimension education,targets to the overall development of human beings,and appeals to the cooperation among various disciplines.Its practice framework mainly includes three basic aspects:establishing the common goal of labor education in all disciplines of primary and secondary schools,the foothold of teaching materials and the starting point of implementation,so as to realize the multi-dimensional pervasion of the goal,content and process of labor education.For a further promotion,it is necessary to establish an overall collaborative view of implementing labor education,enhance teachers’labor education sensitivity and pervasion ability,and construct a top-level design of school culture for a systematical promotion.
