活性数码印花糊DM-8812A的应用性能

Application properties of active digital printing paste DM-8812A

采用活性数码印花糊DM-8812A对棉织物上浆。通过单因素实验分析糊料用量和气蒸时间对喷墨印花表观得色深度的影响。最佳上浆配方:活性数码印花糊DM-8812A 1.0%,尿素8.0%,碳酸氢钠2.0%,硫酸钠6.0%,102℃气蒸13 min。结果表明,DM-8812A具有成糊率高、用量低、给色量高、得色鲜艳、脱糊手感好等特性。

The active digital printing paste DM-8812A was used for sizing cotton fabrics.The effects of paste dosage and steaming time on the apparent depth of inkjet printing were analyzed by single factor experiment.The best sizing formula was as follows:active digital printing paste DM-8812A 1.0%,urea 8.0%,sodium bicarbonate 2.0%,sodium sulfate 6.0%,steam at 102℃for 13 min.The results indicated that DM-8812A possessed the characteristics of high pasting rate,low dosage,high color,bright color and good feeling of removing paste.
