摘要
针对锦/棉/氨织物传统染色工艺流程长、用水量大、资源消耗高、污染严重的问题,先对锦/棉/氨织物进行阳离子改性处理,然后采用酸性染料一浴短流程工艺染色。结果表明,短流程工艺染色匀染性好,锦纶纤维与棉纤维无明显异色;色牢度达到或优于传统染色工艺;同时获得了耐水洗的抑菌效果;与传统工艺相比,节水45.4%,生产时间节约38.1%,并大大降低盐、碱等电解质用量。
In view of the problems of traditional dyeing process of polyamide/cotton/polyurethane fabric,such as long flow,large water consumption,high resource consumption and serious pollution,first the fabric was treated with cation modification,and then the short process of acid dye one bath dyeing was used.The results showed that the short process had good evenness and no obvious color difference between nylon fiber and cotton fiber.The color fastness reached or surpassed the traditional dyeing process.At the same time,the antibacterial effect of washing resistance was obtained.Compared with the traditional process,the water saving was 45.4%,the production time saving was 38.1%,and the amount of salt,alkali and other electrolytes was greatly reduced.
