摘要
水力压裂钻孔的封孔长度是影响封孔质量的重要参数之一,依据经验随意设计可能导致封孔材料的浪费或使得封孔成为压裂作业的薄弱环节,笔者研究了压裂工况参数、材料特性、封孔长度等因素对封孔材料承受水压的影响关系,提出不同类型压裂钻孔最优封孔区间的快速设计公式,通过黄岩汇煤矿现场验证方法可靠,使得煤矿抽采设计更为精细、便捷。
The sealing length of hydraulic fracturing borehole is one of the important parameters that affect the sealing quality.The design based on experience may lead to the waste of sealing materials or make sealing a weak link in fracturing operation.By studying the influence of fracturing parameters,material properties,sealing length and other factors on the water pressure of sealing materials,the rapid design formula of optimal sealing section for different types of fracturing boreholes is proposed.Through the field verification of Huangyanhui coal mine show that the method is reliable,which makes the coal mine gas drainage design more precise and convenient.
