立井井筒装备三维协同设计系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 国内部分煤矿设计院设计理念、设计工具比较落后,大都是用AutoCAD之类的二维绘图软件进行绘图,而后通过手工计算,再通过Office软件编辑设计计算文档,设计工作无法协同,设计结果也不能自动可视化,更不能进行分析模拟和仿真,设计效率低,不能满足未来智慧矿山建设的需要。因此急需立井井筒装备三维协同设计软件的开发。通过对传统立井井筒装备设计内容及流程的总结,提出立井井筒三维协同设计的理念及设计思路。系统的开发可以提升立井井筒装备的设计效率、投资决策速度,缩短项目设计周期,彻底改变传统的立井井筒设计。 Some domestic coal mine design institutes are relatively backward in design concept and design tools.Most of them use two-dimensional drawing software such as AutoCAD to draw,calculate manually,and then edit design documents through Office software.Because the design work can’t be cooperated,the design results can’t be visualized automatically,and the simulation can’t be carried out,the design efficiency is low,which can’t meet the needs of future smart mine construction.Therefore,it is urgent to develop 3D collaborative design software for shaft equipment.Based on the summary of the design content and process of traditional shaft equipment,the design concept and idea of 3D collaborative design of shaft are proposed.The development of the system can improve the design efficiency of shaft equipment,accelerate the investment decision-making speed,shorten the project design cycle,and completely change the traditional shaft design.
