In order to improve the level of mine information management,Shendong Coal Group combines the short video app with the coal industry,and develops the“fault second shoot”APP with fault handling as the breakthrough point.On the basis of clarifying the functions and requirements of coal mine communication system,the APP background and the advantages and main technical characteristics of the development platform are introduced.Fault second shoot APP can help employees send fault handling videos on the platform,users can comment or guide,and excellent videos can be used as fault handling experience learning.The APP is helpful to improve the fault handling level of the whole mine,and become a sharing platform for mining knowledge and experience.
