EBH-315型掘进机是煤炭科学研究总院山西煤机装备有限公司最新研制的一种特重型掘进机,主要用于半煤岩及岩巷掘进,尤其适用于岩巷掘进。该机经济截割硬度f≤10,局部f≤12,适用于各种类型底板,坡度±16°的煤矿采准巷道掘进。该机后配套转载运输设备可采用桥式胶带转载机和可伸缩式带式输送机,实现了连续运输。该机型的使用对于千万吨级矿井零散工程具有特殊意义。

The EBH315 roadheader is a kind of super heavy-duty roadheader newly developed by Shanxi Coal Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.of China Coal Research Institute,which is mainly used for semi-coal rock and rock roadway driving,especially for rock roadway driving.The cutting hardness of the machine is f≤10,and the local cutting hardness is f≤12,which is suitable for mining and preparation roadway with all kinds of floors and the slope of±16°.The bridge type belt conveyor and retractable belt conveyor can be used as the supporting transport equipment behind the machine,so as to realize the continuous transport.Its application has special significance for the scattered project of ten-million-ton mine.
