摘要 膝骨性关节炎(KOA)是临床常见病,尤以中老年人群最为多见。其中关节软骨损伤及退变是KOA发生的重要因素,常常引起膝关节疼痛及功能障碍,严重时导致关节变形,影响患者日常活动。基于关节软骨的生物力学特性以及自我修复能力低的特点,研究KOA患者膝关节功能改善具有重要意义。本文从机械刺激影响软骨细胞的效应及途径方面,探讨机械刺激影响关节软骨组织修复并改善膝关节功能的可能机制,以及认识机械刺激在临床上的应用。 Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common clinical disease,especially in the middle-aged and elderly people.Among them,articular cartilage damage and degeneration are important factors in the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis,which often cause knee joint pain and dysfunction.In severe cases,joint deformation may affect the daily activities of patients.Based on the biomechanical properties of articular cartilage and the low self-repair ability,it is of great significance to study the improvement of knee joint function in patients with KOA.This article discusses the possible mechanism of mechanical stimulation affecting articular cartilage tissue repair and improving knee joint function from the aspects of the effects and ways of mechanical stimulation affecting cartilage cells,as well as understanding the clinical application of mechanical stimulation.
