盐酸左西替利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果

Clinical effect of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema

目的探讨盐酸左西替利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月~2019年11月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的126例皮炎湿疹患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各63例,对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,研究组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗,比较两组患者用药后的瘙痒、糜烂程度及治疗总有效率等指标。结果治疗前,两组患者的瘙痒与糜烂评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的瘙痒评分与糜烂评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸左西替利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果明显,临床症状得以改善,弥补了单一用药的缺陷。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.Methods A total of 126 patients with dermatitis and eczema were selected from October 2018 to November 2019 in Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group.The patients were divided into control group(63 cases)and study group(63 cases)according to the random number table method,the control group accepted Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets treatment,the study group accepted Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablet combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets,and the two groups were compared in terms of pruritus,erosion and total effective rate.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of pruritus and erosion between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of pruritus and erosion in the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets are effective in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,and improve the clinical symptoms,making up for the shortcomings of single drug.
