多学科协作护理模式在妊娠合并肺结核患者中的应用效果

Application effect of multidisciplinary team nursing model in patients with pregnancy complicated with tuberculosis

目的探讨多学科协作(MDT)护理模式应用于妊娠合并肺结核患者的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年12月湖南某医院结核诊疗中心收治的69例妊娠合并肺结核患者作为研究对象,采用历史性对照研究将研究对象分为两组。对照组34例,实施常规护理;观察组35例,实施MDT护理模式。比较两组患者干预前后的治疗依从性、并发症发生率、患者满意度、住院时间以及妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,妊娠结局优于对照组,观察组患者满意度高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并肺结核患者实施MDT护理模式后,提高了治疗效果,改善了妊娠结局,提升了护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)nursing model in patients with pregnancy complicated with tuberculosis.Methods A total of 69 cases of pregnant patients with tuberculosis admitted to the Tuberculosis Diagnosis and Treatment Center of a hospital in Hu′nan from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to the historical control study.There were 34 cases in the control group for routine nursing;and in the observation group,35 cases carried out the MDT nursing model.The treatment compliance,complication rate,patient satisfaction,hospital stay and pregnancy outcome before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the pregnancy outcome was better than that of the control group,the patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The MDT nursing model for pregnant patients with tuberculosis can improve the treatment effect,pregnancy outcome and nursing quality.
