摘要 目的:探究水牛角生药粉的最佳灭菌方法。方法:通过改变干热灭菌方法及湿热灭菌方法的时间和温度探究水牛角生药粉的性状以及微生物存活情况,灭菌后经《中国药典》(2015年版)规定的需氧型微生物检查方法进行测试。结果:干热灭菌法温度大于160℃在3 h及6 h均可达到规定限度;湿热灭菌法在116℃、20 min或121℃、15 min即可得到符合规定的水牛角生药粉。结论:湿热灭菌法可在较低温度、更短时间得到符合规定的水牛角生药粉,因此选用湿热灭菌法116℃灭菌20 min作为大规模生产的水牛角生药粉灭菌方法。 Objective:To explore the best sterilization method of buffalo horn powder.Method:The microbial survival of buffalo horn powder was investigated by changing the time and temperature of the dry heat sterilization method and the moist heat sterilization method.After sterilization,the test was carried out by the aerobic microbial examination method prescribed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).Result:The temperature of the dry heat sterilization method was higher than 160℃and reached the specified limit at 3 h and 6 h.The wet heat sterilization method can obtain the raw powder according to the regulations at 116℃for 20 min and 121℃for 15 min.Conclusion:The moist heat sterilization method can get the raw powder that meets the requirements at a lower temperature and in a shorter time.Sterilization at 116℃for 20 min can be used as a large-scale production method for buffalo horn powder.
