参松养心胶囊联合普罗帕酮对室性心律失常患者心电图及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shensongyangxin Capsule combined with propafenone on electrocardiogram and immune function in patients with ventricular arrhythmia

目的:探讨参松养心胶囊联合普罗帕酮对室性心律失常患者心电图及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取本院2018年9月—2019年10月收治的88例室性心律失常患者,采用抽签法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。两组均采用常规治疗,治疗期间密切关注患者心电图等生命体征;基于此,对照组口服100 mg/次盐酸普罗帕酮片,3次/d;观察组在对照组基础上口服参松养心胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、心电图、免疫功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.18%)较对照组(77.27%)高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组QT离散度间期值、CD4+和CD8+水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗24 h及4周后,两组QT离散度间期值均较治疗前降低,且观察组QT离散度间期均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组CD4+均较治疗前升高,CD8+均较治疗前降低,且观察组CD4+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合普罗帕酮治疗室性心律失常,其治疗总有效率较高,可有效缩短患者QT离散度间期,改善其免疫功能,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shensongyangxin Capsule combined with propafenone on electrocardiogram(ECG)and immune function in patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 88 patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases)by drawing lots.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,and vital signs,such as ECG,were closely monitored during treatment.Based on this,the control group was treated with propafenone hydrochloride tablets(100 mg/time,three times a day).The observation group was additionally treated with Shensongyangxin Capsule orally(4 capsules/time,three times a day).Both groups were treated continuously for four weeks,and clinical efficacy,ECG,and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.18%)was higher than that of the control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in QT dispersion interval values and CD4+and CD8+levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 24 h and four weeks of treatment,the values of QT dispersion interval in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the QT dispersion interval in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the CD4+levels increased,while the CD8+levels decreased in both groups compared before treatment.The CD4+level in the observation group was statistically higher than in the control group,while the CD8+level was statistically lower in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shensongyangxin Capsule combined with propafenone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia has a high total effective rate,which can effectively shorten the QT dispersion interval of patients and improve their immune function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
