酒泉市不同学历青年学生艾滋病知信行调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of AIDS Knowledge and Communication among Young Students with Different Academic Degrees in Jiuquan

目的:通过问卷调查的方式,分析相关研究指标,了解酒泉市不同学历青年学生与艾滋病知信行相关内容,为本地青年学生防控艾滋病提供科学依据。方法:对酒泉市3所学校的1000名青年学生开展问卷调查,用EpiData3.1建立数据库并录入。用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析,样本率的比较用卡方检验。结果:949名同学对艾滋病相关知识的总体认知率为49.5%,3所学校艾滋病认知率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.529,P=0.005)。性行为发生率为8.6%,3所学校的性行为发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.939,P=0.000),安全套使用率为22.0%。歧视率和性行为发生情况与艾滋病相关知识的认知率成反比。同学们主要通过网络、书籍和报刊等途径获取艾滋病等传染病预防知识。结论:酒泉市青年学生对艾滋病相关知识认知率低且学历不同认知率也有差异,性行为发生较早且学历不同性行为发生率也不同,安全套使用率较低,教育宣传途径较单一。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the relevant research indicators by means of questionnaire,to understand the content related to the knowledge of AIDS(Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)among young students with different academic degrees in Jiuquan,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS among young students in Jiuquan.METHODS 1000 young students from 3 schools in Jiuquan were investigated with Epidata 3.1 SPSS 17.0 by statistical analysis and chi-square test used for the comparison of sample rates.RESULTS The overall recognition rate of AIDS knowledge among 949 students was 49.5%,the recognition rate of AIDS in these three schools was statistically significant(χ2==10.529,P=0.005).The incidence of sexual behavior was 8.6%,and the difference among the three schools was statistically significant(χ2=44.939,P=0.000),the rate of condom use was 22.0%.The discrimination rate and the occurrence of sexual behavior are inversely proportional to the awareness rate of aids-related knowledge.Students mainly acquire knowledge about the prevention of AIDS and other infectious diseases through the Internet,books and newspapers.CONCLUSION Young students in Jiuquan had a low awareness rate of aids-related knowledge,different educational backgrounds have different awareness rates.Sexual behaviors occur earlier and the incidence of homosexual behaviors with different educational backgrounds is also different.The rate of condom use was low,the way of education and propaganda was relatively single.
