摘要
基于文献综述,剖析了产学研合作方式与企业产品创新和流程创新的关系。通过调查问卷收集并分析了426个与学研机构有合作的企业原始数据。对调查问卷数据阶乘分析后,得出产学研合作方式有两类:基于技术信息的合作和基于学研机构物理资源的合作;企业参与产学研合作有两类原因:提升企业内部能力和寻找外部物理资源。逻辑回归结果表明,企业创新成果与产学研合作方式有关:基于技术信息合作的企业获得创新产品的可能性在逐渐降低;低技术行业的企业在流程创新方面优于高科技行业的企业。
Based on the literature review,this paper analyzes the relationship between industry-universityresearch cooperation mode and product and process innovation of enterprise.The original data of 426 companies that cooperate with universtiy and research institutions were collected and analyzed through questionnaires.After the factorial analysis of the questionnaire data,it is concluded that there are two types of industryuniversity-research cooperation modes:cooperation based on technical information and cooperation based on the physical resources of university and research institutions;enterprises participate in industry-university-research cooperation for two reasons:improving internal capabilities of the enterprise and seeking external physical resources.The logistic regression results show that the results of enterprise innovation are related to the mode of industry-university-research cooperation;the possibility of obtaining innovative products for enterprises based on technological information cooperation is gradually decreasing;enterprises in low-tech industries are better than those in high-tech industries in terms of process innovation.
