摘要 设备的全寿命管理体现在对设备的安装、使用、维护、维修、改造、更新直至报废的全过程。在面对数量众多的设备时,要想把设备管理好,必须要做好设备巡检及设备的台账管理两方面工作。介绍一种基于二维码技术的设备全寿命管理方法,用于改善传统设备管理中存在的各种问题,方便使用和维护,提高工作效率,减轻生产维护人员的工作负担。 The lifetime management of equipment is reflected in the whole process of equipment installation, use, maintenance, repair, transformation, renewal and scrapping. In the face of a large number of equipment, in order to manage the equipment well, we must do a good job in equipment inspection and equipment account management. This paper introduces an equipment life cycle management method based on QR code technology, which is intended to improve various problems existed in traditional equipment management, facilitate use and maintenance, improve work efficiency, and reduce the workload of production and maintenance personnel.
