百色少数民族医学院校医学生面部蠕形螨感染情况及影响因素分析

The facial infection of demodex among medical students in Baise medical college for ethnic minorities and analyze the influencing factors

目的调查了解百色少数民族医学院校医学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用透明胶纸法对右江民族医学院学生进行面部蠕形螨标本采集和镜检,并用问卷调查的形式对其基本情况、个人情况、心理情况等方面进行调查。结果共调查505名学生,其中蠕形螨感染人数161例,感染率为31.88%;男生感染率(37.91%)与女生感染率(27.55%)之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),不同皮肤肤质的学生蠕形螨感染率有统计学差异(P<0.01),面部有皮肤破损蠕形螨感染率高于面部没有破损者(P<0.05),使用洁面产品洗脸蠕形螨感染率低于使用清水洗脸者(P<0.05),有过敏史蠕形螨感染率高于无过敏史者(P<0.05),不同民族、睡姿、生源地和化妆情况蠕形螨感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蠕形螨人群普遍易感,与皮肤肤质、面部破损情况、有无过敏史等情况有关。

Objective To investigate the facial infection of Demodex among medical students in Baise medical college for ethnic minorities and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the control of skin diseases in medical colleges in Baise ethnic minority areas.Methods Using transparent adhesive paper method,facial Demodex samples were collected and examined in Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities.Questionnaires were used to investigate the students'basic,personal and psychological conditions.Results A total of 505 students were investigated,and 161 of them were infected with Demodex and the total infection rate of 31.88%.The infection rates of male and female were 37.91%and 27.55%,showing statistically significant difference in gender(P<0.05).The infection rate of Demodex in students with different skin types has statistically significant(P<0.01).Demodex mites has higher infection frequency in facial skin damage than without facial damage(P<0.05).The infection rates of Demodex on washing face with cleanser was lower than that on washing face with clean water(P<0.05).The infection rates of Demodex with allergy history was higher than that without allergy history(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Demodex infection rates among different ethnic groups,sleeping positions,places of origin and the use of cosmetics(P>0.05).Conclusion The population is generally susceptible to Demodex,which is related to skin texture,facial damage and history of Demodex allergy.
