Analysis of vitamin A level and related factors in 1073 cases of Inpatient and outpatient children

摘要 目的评价门诊及住院儿童血浆维生素A(vitamin A,VA)浓度及各种因素对VA水平的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测2017年1月—12月晋城市人民医院门诊及住院部分儿童血浆VA浓度,并收集基本资料,分析其影响因素。结果共收集标本1073例,维生素A平均水平(2.740±0.799)mg/L。年龄、感染可影响维生素A水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);VA浓度与降钙素原、C反应蛋白呈负相关(P<0.05)。VA缺乏多因素分析提示,感染为唯一高危因素;VA缺乏(边缘型)多因素分析提示,感染、年龄为高危因素。结论感染是VA缺乏高危因素;感染、年龄<7岁为VA缺乏(边缘型)高危因素。 Objective To evaluate the concentration of plasma vitamin A(Vitamin A VA)and the influence of various factors on the concentration of VA of Inpatient and outpatient children.Methods the plasma VA in Inpatient and outpatient children of Jincheng people's hospital was measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)from June 2017 to December 2017.And collected the information.The effects of various factors on the concentration of VA were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results 1.A total of 1073 samples were collected and the average VA concentration was 2.740±0.799mg/L.2.The statistical results of rank and test showed that age and infection were factors affecting VA concentration,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the classification of C reactive protein and procalcitonin,the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Multivariate analysis suggests that infection is the only risk factor for VA deficiency.4.Multivariate analysis showed that infection and age were the risk factor for VA deficiency(marginal type).Conclusion 1.infection is the only risk factor for VA deficiency.2.infection and age were the risk factor for VA deficiency(marginal type).
