免费医学生的身份认同问题关乎他们在校期间的身心状态与专业成长,以及日后的履约行为与工作态度,进而影响到未来基层医疗机构的人才队伍建设和卫生服务质量。本文分析了免费医学生身份认同的意义与发展困境,探讨提升免费医学生身份认同的策略与途径,为相关培养工作提供可行的对策和建议,助力于为基层培养专业思想牢固、专业技能过硬的卫生人才。
The identity of free medical students is related to their physical and mental state and professional growth in school,their future performance behavior and work attitude,and then affects the talent team construction and health service quality of primary medical institutions in the future.Analyzes the status and difficulties of free medical students'identity,and explores the strategies and ways to improve the identity of free medical students,to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the training of free medical students,and help to cultivate health professionals with solid professional ideas and excellent professional skills.
