摘要
为评价西北地区水生态安全,保障西部大开发新格局的推进,本文选取27项指标建立"驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应"的DPSIR模型,采用熵权法和综合指数评价法从时空两个维度评价其水生态安全。结果表明:COD排放量对水生态安全影响最大;时间维度上,西北地区整体水生态安全得分提高,达到较安全水平;空间维度上,各省(区)间在水资源总量、经济投入和污染治理上存在差异。因此,西北地区水生态安全应从单一省(区)转变为区域协调保护,在生态环境保护的同时,继续加大经济投入。
In order to evaluate the water ecological security in Northwest China and ensure the promotion of the new pattern of western development. In this paper,the DPSIR model of"driving force-pressure-state-influence-response"is established by selecting 27 indicators,and the water ecological security is evaluated from two dimensions of time and space by entropy weight method and comprehensive index evaluation method. The results show that COD emission has the greatest influence on water ecological security;In the time dimension,the score of the overall water ecological security in Northwest China increased to a relatively safe level. In spatial dimension,there are differences in total water resources,economic input and pollution control among provinces( regions). Therefore,the water ecological security in Northwest China should be changed from a single province( region) to regional coordinated protection,and the economic input should be increased while protecting the ecological environment.
