百望山森林公园雨水利用研究 被引量:4

摘要 百望山森林公园是北京市离城市最近的山体公园之一,山体碎石较多,暴雨时易引发山洪灾害,严重威胁山下城市安全。公园采取渗、滞、蓄、用的方式,建设雨水控制与利用工程,有效降低了山洪灾害风险,实现雨水资源的涝蓄旱释,变水害为水利。本文对公园现有的雨水控制与利用工程以及效益进行的分析表明,百望山海绵公园建设成效显著,2018年未发生山洪灾害,尤其是在"7·16暴雨"中表现出显著的雨水调节功能。2018年百望山森林公园蓄水池收集雨水总量1.94万m3,带来的经济效益达35.63万元。建设雨水利用工程,还可以补给地下水,对于缓解北京市地下水位下降等具有重要意义。 Baiwangshan Forest Park is one of the nearest mountain parks in Beijing. There are many mountain gravels,which can easily lead to mountain torrents during rainstorm,which seriously threatens the safety of the city below the mountain. The park adopts seepage,stagnation,storage and utilization methods to build rainwater control and utilization projects,which effectively reduces the risk of mountain torrents,realizes waterlogging,storage and drought release of rainwater resources,and turns water disasters into water conservancy. By analyzing the existing rainwater control and utilization projects and benefits of the park,the construction of Baiwangshan Sponge Park has achieved remarkable results,and no mountain torrents occurred in 2018,especiallythe in rainstorm July 16. In 2018,the reservoir of Baiwangshan Forest Park collected a total of 19,400 m3 of rainwater,bringing economic benefits of 356,300 Yuan. The construction of rainwater utilization project can also replenish groundwater,which is of great significance to alleviate the decline of groundwater level in Beijing.
