Allergen-specific immunotherapy in atopic dermatitis

特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,严重影响患者生活质量,随着经济社会不断发展,我国AD的发病率逐年上升。特异性免疫治疗(specific immunotherapy,SIT)是除避免接触过敏原外,唯一可以改变变应性疾病自然进程的治疗手段,近年来的临床研究显示SIT应用于AD治疗可显著改善临床症状、减少对症药物剂量。本文对过敏原与AD的关系、SIT在AD治疗中的应用进行简要综述,并展望SIT前景。

Atopic dermatitis(AD)is one kind of chronic recurrent inflammatory cutaneous diseases,which seriously affects patients quality of life.With the continuous development of economy,the morbidity of AD is increasing year by year in China.In addition to avoidance of allergen exposure,allergen-specific immunotherapy(SIT)is the only treatment which can alter the allergy march.Results of recent studies had shown that SIT could achieve in significant clinical improvement of AD and decreasing dose of medicine for symptomatic treatment.The relationship between allergen and AD,application of SIT in the treatment of AD and its prospects were reviewed in this paper.
