“立德树人”视域下的高校公寓文化建设路径探究

Probe into College Students'Apartment Cultural Construction Pathin View of Morality Education

大学生公寓文化在高校立德树人任务中起到价值引领与行为规范、情绪宣泄与心理抚慰、创新激励与激发活力等作用,但是,当下为数不少的高校在公寓文化建设上仍存在认识上存在偏差、管理上出现滞后、内容上吸力不强等问题,高校应高度重视大学生公寓文化建设,转变观念、加强领导,完善制度、规范管理,增强功能、提升品位,充分发挥其育人功能。

The apartment culture of college students plays the role of value guidance,behavioral norms,emotional venting,psychological comfort,innovative motivation and stimulation vitality in the task of establishing morality education in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems in many colleges and universities as recognition deviation,lagging management,and weak content attraction.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultural construction of their apartments in the following aspects:concepts change,leadership strengthening,systems improvement,management standardization,functions enhancing,taste promotion,and give full play to its educational function.
