摘要
教学切片和诊断是课堂教学研究的重要方向,已经成为促进教师教学能力水平发展和个人成长的有效途径。着眼于课堂教学研究,需要深度关注教学切片分析在解构教师知识结构方面的重要作用。为此,在PCK五边模型的基础上构建的TPACK"六边模型",并据此提出基于TPACK"六边模型"图谱分析可以为课堂切片与诊断提供研究新范式。具体设计架构为:通过教师TPACK知识各要素之间的相互联系和相互作用,来深度解析使用TPACK"六边模型"图谱分析课堂教学的具体流程,并以典型案例探讨使用该研究方法在教师知识解构分析中的重要作用。研究结果表明:基于TPACK"六边模型"图谱分析课堂切片与诊断,有效补充了现有教师知识理论发展,为扩充和完善教师课堂教学研究体系、准确识别和定位教师知识整合结构,提供了新的分析视角;并且教师TPACK"六边模型"图谱分析的三大应用场域,涵盖教师和教育决策者视角。因此,从教师个体以及群体角度出发,该研究范式对指导和促进教师专业化发展,具有积极的实践意义。
The episode and Diagnosis are important directions of classroom teaching research.And it is an effective way to promote the teacher professional development.The research of classroom teaching should pay attention to the important role of teaching episode analysis in analyzing teachers’knowledge structure.This study puts forward TPACK Hexagonal model based on PCK Pentagonal model.And TPACK“Hexagonal model”-Map was proposed which is a new paradigm of classroom teaching research.Through the interaction between the elements of teachers’TPACK,the process of analysis in classroom teaching is explained in depth.And then its application was discussed with a specific case.The findings showed that the new paradigm of classroom teaching research was supplementing of teachers’knowledge theories.It provides a new perspective for expanding and perfecting the teachers’classroom teaching research system,accurately identifying and positioning the structure of teacher knowledge integration.And the three major application fields of teacher TPACK“Hexagonal model”-map are proposed,covering the perspectives of teachers and education leaders.Therefore,from the perspective of individual teachers and groups,it has positive significance for guiding and promoting the teacher professional development in practice.
