高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中10种人工合成色素含量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立一种同时测定食品中10种人工合成色素(柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、酸性红、赤藓红)的高效液相色谱方法。采用ProElut PWA-2固相萃取小柱,对食品中的色素进行提取净化。该方法能在18 min内完成10种人工合成色素的分析检测,10种色素的线性范围为0.5~100 mg/L,检出限在0.05~0.17 mg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.9999,加标回收率在72.8%~105.8%。该方法具有较好的线性范围和较低的检出限,可适用于食品中人工合成色素的灵敏检测。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 10 synthetic pigments(lemon yellow,new red,amaranth,indigo,carmine,sunset yellow,allure red,brilliant blue,acid red and erythritol)in food.The pigment in food was extracted and purified by proelut pwa-2 solid phase extraction column.The linear range of 10 pigments was 0.5~100 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.05~0.17 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.9999,and the recoveries were 72.8%~105.8%.The method has good linear range and low detection limit,and can be applied to the sensitive detection of synthetic pigments in food.
