Nowadays, the global knowledge economy is developing rapidly.Human resources are gradually becoming the core resources of enterprises, and the competition for talents is becoming the core part of market competition.Banks are enterprises that are more special than other kinds of companies. The employees need to be exposed to cash, notes and important blank vouchers every day,so that their training seems more important.Based on Kirkpatrick assessment model, the empirical part of this paper mainly starts from the result-layer.It uses the data of public account managers participating in the training from 37 provincial branches of a commercial bank in 2018 and 2019 and the corresponding performance data to construct panel data, and establishes an economic model to examine the extent to which staff training has helped companies improve their performance. The hidden logic is to determine the training effect by examining whether training has a significant positive impact on business performance. The result shows that the bank's training has improved the bank's performance and has achieved great results.
