多层饰面胶合板基材质量缺陷的改进

Quality Analysis of Plywood with Multi-layer Finishes and Solutions Concerned

以广西某板业公司2019年生产的45723件胶合板一次分选品缺陷状况为数据,分析了胶合板生产过程中常见的几个缺陷以及其解决方法,其中叠芯和离芯、缺芯、翘曲、板面压痕等四种缺陷产品分别占产品总件数的26.61%、21.24%、14.97%、11.61%。

This study is based on the defects analysis of 45,723 finished plywood products produced by Guangxi Guixun Company in 2019.Several common defects in plywood production and their solutions were elaborated and analyzed.Among 45,723 products,those products with defects of core off,core missing,warping or plate surface indentation take up 26.61%,21.24%,14.97%,11.61%,respectively,of the total.
