福建省两栖类新记录——粤琴蛙

Nidirana guangdongensis,A New Amphibian Record in Fujian Province

2017年6月,在福建戴云山国家级保护区内采集到4号琴蛙标本,结合形态比较和线粒体COⅠ基因的分子系统发育分析,确定为粤琴蛙(Nidirana guangdongensis),系福建省两栖类新记录。这一发现,将粤琴蛙的分布区域由此前已知的广东北部、湖南东南部和江西南部向东扩展至福建中部,为琴蛙属的系统学和谱系地理学研究提供了重要信息。并根据福建省弹琴蛙和粤琴蛙物种的分布范围,探讨了2个物种的地理隔离因素。

Four Nidirana specimens were collected from Daiyunshan National Nature Reserve,Fujian on June 2017.Based on morphological comparisons and molecular phylogeny of mitochondrial COⅠgene,these specimens are identified as Nidirana guangdongensis,which is the new amphibian record in Fujian Province.This discovery expands the distribution of N.guangdongensis from the previously known northern Guangdong,southeastern Hunan and southwestern Jiangxi to central Fujian,providing important information of the phylogeny and biogeography of Nidirana.In addition,we discussed the geographic isolation factor of N.guangdongensis and N.adenopleura in Fujian,based on their known distributions.
