摘要
基于“智慧水务”建设的大背景,结合实例介绍了数字化水务公共服务平台的建设理念和建设内容,包括在调度与节能降耗、漏损控制分析方面取得的效果。通过数据资源共享,打通企业信息孤岛,从而实现水务系统的规划、建设和运行管理的有序性,切实为城市的供水安全运行提供有力保障。
Based on the background of"smart water"construction and combined with a case,the concept and content of digital platform construction of water utilities,including the effect of dispatching,energy saving and leakage control analysis were introduced.Through the sharing of data resources,the isolated island of enterprise information was opened up,so as to realize the orderly planning,construction and operation management of water affairs system,and to provide a strong guarantee for the safe operation of urban water supply.
