摘要
本文总结和探讨肝素酶的结构与功能的关系及其在低分子肝素生产中的应用。通过对相关的研究性文献进行归纳与总结,对肝素黄杆菌Pedobacter heparinus的三种肝素酶的分子结构、底物识别、催化机制、分子结构改造及其应用进展等进行了综述,并展望肝素酶未来研究的发展方向。肝素酶的结构和功能有着紧密的关系。基于结构和功能关系的肝素酶分子改造,在未来生产肝素,尤其是低分子量肝素等医药领域有着重要的价值。
This paper summarizes and discusses about the relationship between the structure and function of heparinase as well as its application in the production of low molecular weight heparin through the conclusion and induction of relevant research literature.The molecular structure,substrate recognition,catalytic mechanism,molecular structure modification and application of the three heparinases in Pedobactrer heparinus are reviewed,and the future development direction of heparinase research is prospected as well.It is found that there is a close relationship between the structure and function of heparinase.The molecular structure modification of heparinase based on the structure and function relationship is of significant value in the future production of heparinase,especially the low molecular weight heparin in pharmaceutical fields.
