“十三五”期间残疾人群众体育研究的回顾与展望

Review and prospect of the research on mass sports for the disabled during the 13th Five-Year plan period

大力发展残疾人群众体育是国家"十三五"规划的重要内容.为推进"十四五"期间全民健身与残疾人群众体育的包容发展,运用文献分析法,回顾梳理"十三五"我国残疾人群众体育研究的成绩与不足.结果表明,我国残疾人群众体育研究在国家社科基金立项中受到重视,在跨学科视界融合研究中取得显著成效、中外对比研究取得新突破;发现残疾人群众体育重点任务中指导员发展路径亟待优化、示范点建设亟待本土化和康复体育进家庭保障亟待精准化的问题.未来"十四五"期间的研究,应着眼于包容性发展计划和专项计划相结合的发展道路,包括健身示范点的建设、管理及服务评价,社会指导员的培育与激励等,构建起残疾人群众体育包容性发展的整体框架.

Vigorously developing mass sports for the disabled is an important part of China's 13th Five-Year Plan.In order to promote the inclusive development of national fitness and sports for the disabled during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,this paper reviews and summarizes the achievements and deficiencies of the research on sports for the disabled during the 13th Five-Year Plan period by using literature analysis method.The results show that the research on mass sports for the disabled in China has received great attention in the establishment of the National Social Science Fund,and has achieved remarkable results in the interdisciplinary vision fusion research,and made new breakthroughs in the comparative research between China and foreign countries.It is found that the development path of instructors in the key task of mass sports for the disabled needs to be optimized,the construction of demonstration sites needs to be localized,and the integration of rehabilitation sports into family security needs to be precise.Future research during the 14th Five-Year Plan period should focus on the development path combining inclusive development plan and special plan,including the construction,management and service evaluation of fitness demonstration sites,the cultivation and encouragement of social instructors,etc.so as to build the overall framework of inclusive development of mass sports for disabled people.
