AGV小车无线充电电路改进与仿真

摘要 自动导引车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)自发明以来,供能问题一直制约着AGV小车的工作效率和市场拓展。因此,为解决AGV小车的供电问题,结合无线充电技术和超级电容技术,研究并改进AGV小车无线充电技术。设想通过次级线圈放大电压,经过整流桥和Buck电路整流实现无线快充,进而通过防倒电流二极管保护电路。实验表明,改进后的电路输出电流峰值达到100 mA,相比于未改进电路的电流峰值提高25%,且能在一定时间内保持稳定。 Ever since the invention of Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV),the power supply problem has been restricting the enhancement of its work efficiency and the expansion of its market.This paper is based on solving the power supply problem of AGV,targeting at the combination of wireless charging technology and super capacitor technology to research and improve AGV wireless charging technology.It is assumed that the voltage is first amplified by the secondary coil,through the rectifier bridge and Buck circuit.Thus,wireless fast charging is experimented.The circuit has been protected by an anti-inverted current diode.As is indicated by the experiment,the developed circuit output current peak reaches 100 mA,which is 25%higher than the current peak of the undeveloped circuit and lasts for a certain period of time.
