摘要
孔子学院在全球迅速发展,但目前尚未有研究尝试用指数工具的方法综合评价全球孔子学院的发展水平。文章创造性地提出了“全球孔子学院发展指数”这一概念,构建了由2个一级指标和6个二级指标构成的全球孔子学院发展指标体系并进行了测算。根据指数特点将孔子学院的发展分为3个时期,并对2006~2018年的发展指数进行了分析,以期为人们了解全球孔子学院的整体发展提供一个新视角。
The Confucius Institutes(CI)around the world have been developing rapidly,but currently there is no research on their development index indicators.With the proposal of a new conception of“Global Development Index of Confucius Institutes(GDICI)”,this paper constructs an index system of the comprehensive development level of Confucius Institutes with two first-level indexes and six second-level indexes and calculates the GDICI.With the division of the development of Confucius Institutes into three periods,it analyzes the characteristics of their development indexes from 2006 to 2018,which provides a new perspective on the comprehensive development of Confucius Institutes around the world.
