摘要
利用单二极管太阳电池数学模型,构建具有串并联接口的光伏组件模型,在此基础上使用Matlab/Simulink构建光伏阵列模型,研究断路、短路、阴影遮挡和组件老化与阵列输出特性的对应关系,模拟结果表明不同的故障具有不同的输出特性,可用来判断阵列的故障类型.
Based on the mathematical model of single diode solar cell,a photovoltaic module model with serial and parallel interfaces was built.On this basis,Matlab/Simulink was used to build the photovoltaic array model,the relationship between open circuit,short circuit,shadow shelter and module aging and array output characteristics is studied,the simulation results show that different faults have different output characteristics,which can be used to determine the fault types of arrays.
