卓越中学物理教师培养模式的探索与实践——以云南师范大学“4+2”本硕一体化培养模式为例 被引量:3

摘要 卓越教师培养是世界各国教师教育改革发展的潮流和趋势.介绍了云南师范大学以培养卓越中学物理教师为目标的本科教育和硕士研究生教育一体化“4+2”培养模式、“4+2”卓越中学物理教师培养方案、师范大学(University)-地方基础教育研究机构(Institute)-中学(School)“三位一体”的U-I-S协同培养机制.“4+2”培养模式已培养毕业的3届实验班学生中,人均在全国中学物理教育学术期刊上发表第一作者教学研究论文2.6篇,21%的毕业生到云南省知名中学任教,68%的毕业生到云南省州、市、县一中等各级各类中学任教,较好地实现了卓越中学物理教师人才培养目标,取得了丰硕的物理教育教学研究成果. The cultivation of excellent teachers in local normal university is the trend of international teacher educational reform,and it is also necessary for the reform of basic education.In this paper,the“4+2”integration training model of undergraduate education and postgraduate education is presented for cultivating excellent middle school physics teachers,and the training program has also been presented.The collaborative training mechanism,University-Institute-School(U-I-S)collaborative training mechanism,has been presented and constructed.Graduate students of three experimental classes have been trained by the“4+2”integration training model.On average,each person published 2.6 teaching research papers of the first author in the national academic journals of middle school physics education,21%of the graduates teach in well-known middle schools in Yunnan Province,and 68%of the graduates teach in all kinds of middle schools in Yunnan Province.The goal of cultivating excellent middle school physics teachers has been achieved,and it has achieved fruitful research results of physics education and teaching in middle school.
